We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services.
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Follow up on client inquiries and ensure all concerns are addressed to satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and client experience
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service processes
Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
