Position Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details

  • Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools

  • Follow up on client inquiries and ensure all concerns are addressed to satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve service delivery and client experience

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our service processes

  • Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
