We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operations teams. In this role, you will enter, update, and manage data in our systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility for internal teams and external clients.
Accurately input client and financial data into internal databases and spreadsheets
Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
Maintain and organize digital and paper records as needed
Assist with generating reports and summaries for internal use
Follow data privacy and security protocols
Support administrative staff with clerical tasks and document management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven data entry experience or related clerical/administrative role
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with financial or corporate data is a plus
